I'm the same way. I would much rather have lots of a low calorie food than to have only liquid. I'd rather have that plate (bowl?) of cauliflower than a tiny portion of a high calorie food, too. Munching on that is way more satisfying than only being allowed 2 bites of a brownie, etc.
I'm definitely more of a volume eater and feel no guilt for sitting down and eating an ENTIRE head of cauliflower even because hey, it's under 150 calories...and check out those vitamins! :D
